Peer Tutoring

Students experiencing mild difficulties in some classes, or needing to "catch up" because of a prolonged absence can utilize the Rae Kushner Yeshiva High School Peer Tutoring Program. A student requiring academic assistance is paired with a volunteer who is strong in that area and arrangements are made for them work together at mutually convenient times. Our peer tutors receive credit toward their "chesed hour" requirement, and a great deal of satisfaction. For many, it is the ideal setting in which to receive support that will bring with it the confidence to achieve academic success.
